WONG Chi Chiu, Arist - Founder & Director Arist is the founder of Arts & Design Consultancy Ltd and CK One Ltd. He has more than 30 years of experience in facility planning, management and operation. With his professional knowledge in the field, more than 6,000 food establishments have successfully obtained the food licences in Hong Kong. Apart from acting as a consultant, Mr Wong also acts as lecturer in universities and educational institutions, delivering knowledge and experience on food safety, environmental hygiene and provides interdisciplinary knowledge in ESG and sustainability. Additionally, he has founded the Hong Kong Smart Catering Association, actively promoting the use of technology to enable sustainable development of the catering industry and ESG initiatives. He has also helped the association's members successfully obtain funding from the Reindustrialization Funding Scheme, with the aim of supporting the local catering industry. Arist is also collaborating with the HK Productivity Council to align with HK Government's efforts in assisting the industry to implement new industrialization plans.

Ben LI - Head of Project Team Ben Li opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With over 30 years in regional IT management position in different private sectors, Ben has well experience in project management on different sector in Supply Chain System, Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management, HR, Material management and Finance. Ben has managed sizeable projects at Sincere Company Ltd, The New Yaohan department store, Nine West Asia and Fashion Focus. Ben holds an Bachelor degree of Computer Science and currently is the Council member in Retail Technology Industrial Association and HK Computer Society Retail Focus Group.
